Production Engineer, Powder & Sulfonation (Ankara Plant)

In this position, you will optimize production processes to ensure high quality, efficiency, and compliance with ISO 9001 standards. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives at the Ankara Plant.
المسؤوليات
- Optimize production processes and output
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements
- Solve process issues through root cause analysis
- Develop autonomous maintenance programs
- Ensure realization of planned production program
- Develop work safety procedures
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience in production field
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and/or TPM
- Good command of English
- SAP Knowledge is a plus
