The Guest Experience Planner at Miraval The Red Sea is the welcoming face and heart of the property, offering personalized service that begins before arrival and extends throughout the wellness journey. This role ensures seamless arrival experiences, anticipates guest needs, and curates customized itineraries aligned with wellness goals.
المسؤوليات
- Greet guests with presence and care
- Conduct pre-arrival communication to understand guest needs
- Curate and personalize wellness itineraries
- Guide guests through spa, culinary, and outdoor offerings
- Serve as central point of contact for itinerary adjustments
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences
- Suggest private sessions and specialty workshops mindfully
المؤهلات
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or wellness planning
- Proficiency in hotel systems like Opera
- English fluency required
- Arabic language skills required
