The Performance Analyst is responsible for analyzing operational and performance data, developing insights, and providing actionable recommendations that drive efficiency across RDMC activities.
المسؤوليات
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using analytics and root cause analysis
- Develop and implement data analysis processes
- Prepare dashboards and performance synthesis reports
- Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement
- Establish and monitor KPIs
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent field
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in data analysis
