We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Payroll Assistant to join our growing team in the Food & Beverage sector.
المسؤوليات
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee file management
- Prepare and maintain employee records
- Process monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances
- Coordinate with PRO for visa, renewals, and documentation
- Support HR compliance and documentation for audits
المؤهلات
- 1–2 years of HR/payroll experience; F&B or hospitality industry preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software
- Familiarity with Qatar Labor Law and WPS
- Strong organizational and communication skills
