Consultancy: Islamic Financing Expert for Gulf Area Office -Two Weeks

The consultant will support a structured, time-bound co-creation process aimed at moving from diagnosis to decision-making for the Global Muslim Philanthropy Fund for Children (GMPFC). It will support the design, facilitation, and documentation of a one-day joint UNICEF–IsDB working-level workshop.
المسؤوليات
- Review background documentation and synthesize findings into a technical summary.
- Design a one-day co-creation workshop concept and agenda.
- Facilitate the workshop in a neutral and inclusive manner.
- Prepare a post-workshop summary note and joint Action Plan for GMPFC revitalization.
المؤهلات
- Advanced university degree in development studies, international relations, Islamic finance, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in partnership development or philanthropic financing.
- Experience facilitating high-level strategic workshops.
- Strong familiarity with Islamic social finance (zakat, sadaqah).
