- Supervise daily purchasing activities
- Source suppliers in line with IHG standards
- Prepare and review purchase orders and contracts
- Monitor inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with IHG policies and audit requirements
- Identify opportunities for savings
- Maintain accurate purchasing records
المؤهلات
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Supply Chain
- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement within a hotel environment
