Campus Head

The Campus Head is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and day-to-day operations of the campus. This role holds end-to-end accountability for campus functioning, including admissions, student support, employee management, facilities, fleet, health & safety, parent relations, fee coordination, and events.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee end-to-end campus operations
- Manage all employees, including administrative staff, teaching faculties, support staff, drivers, security, and facility teams
- Oversee new admissions and enrollment targets
- Serve as key authority for student support and grievance resolution
- Act as primary escalation point for parent and guardian concerns
- Oversee fee-related communication and processes
- Ensure a safe and secure campus environment
