We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven leader to head the Turnkey Grid Control business across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. This role is accountable for shaping and executing the regional strategy while ensuring the successful delivery of fully localized turnkey projects.

Implement and execute regional Grid Control strategy
Own P&L performance for the MEA Grid Control business
Lead a high-performing technical team
Engage with senior customer stakeholders
Ensure successful delivery of the Solutions portfolio
Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics

المؤهلات

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar
Strong general management capability with P&L ownership
Deep understanding of power utility automation
Proven experience in turnkey services for substation automation
Fluency in Arabic and English
