Finance Analyst

READY TO BE PART OF HILTI? In this role, you will be involved in two main functions: Financial Controlling and Credit & Collection. From Financial Controlling, you will work very closely with Finance Hub and Service Center (SSC) team in Manchester. Using the data provided by these teams, you will prepare Value Creation Cockpits and Performance Management decks that summarize financial and operational target achievement of the Market organization. On the C&C side, you will own a region and be responsible for its collection performance by making credit decisions and providing guidance to the sales team. You will also be primarily responsible for developing and preparing the reports that are crucial for performance management and steering of the C&C team during the month. You will identify performance gaps and suggest improvement actions, develop detailed monthly OPEX tracking reports, and work closely with Regional and Global teams on implementation of projects and initiatives.
