As an Invoicing Officer, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing process within the organization, ensuring accurate and timely billing for Aramex services. This role involves preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with various departments to resolve billing issues.

المسؤوليات

  • Sending and following up with the entitled station on the pending shipments
  • Auditing the contracts proposed for the clients to assure validity
  • Reflect (apply) the contract rates on Aramex system
  • Issuing monthly/bi-weekly/weekly/daily invoices
  • Matching the accounting software figures with billing systems figures

المؤهلات

  • Bachelors in Accounting, business, finance or any related field
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • Good Microsoft office skills
