  • Communicate with billers and banks regarding requests and inquiries
  • Manage and resolve emerging disputes
  • Coordinate with support team for internal technical issues
  • Prepare complaint and dispute analysis reports
  • Investigate and report production issues
  • Monitor system behaviors versus expected outcomes
  • Conduct root-cause investigations

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years of experience, preferably in fintech operations (bill payment models)
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
