SMC and Payment Complaints Specialist

Handle payment complaints, resolve disputes, and coordinate with billers and banks in a fintech environment. Prepare reports and investigate production issues.

- Handle payment complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Communicate with billers and banks regarding requests and inquiries
- Manage and resolve emerging disputes
- Coordinate with support team for internal technical issues
- Prepare complaint and dispute analysis reports
- Investigate and report production issues
- Monitor system behaviors versus expected outcomes
- Conduct root-cause investigations
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience, preferably in fintech operations (bill payment models)
- Very good knowledge of Excel
