Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Company’s governance framework to ensure clear decision rights, consistent policies and procedures, and compliance with applicable requirements.

المسؤوليات

  • Design and maintain the Company Governance Framework
  • Develop and manage a controlled Policy Library
  • Coordinate periodic policy reviews
  • Update and maintain the Delegation of Authority (DoA) matrix
  • Establish disciplined approval workflows and segregation of duties
  • Maintain an annual governance calendar
  • Build and maintain a Governance and Compliance Obligations Register
  • Partner with Internal Audit on governance-related observations

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or Finance
  • 8 to 12 years of experience
  • At least 3 years in governance, compliance, internal audit, or risk
  • Minimum of three years as board secretary
  • Minimum of three years in a leadership role
  • Certification for the world of directorship (GCC BDI)
