Governance Manager

Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Company’s governance framework to ensure clear decision rights, consistent policies and procedures, and compliance with applicable requirements.
المسؤوليات
- Design and maintain the Company Governance Framework
- Develop and manage a controlled Policy Library
- Coordinate periodic policy reviews
- Update and maintain the Delegation of Authority (DoA) matrix
- Establish disciplined approval workflows and segregation of duties
- Maintain an annual governance calendar
- Build and maintain a Governance and Compliance Obligations Register
- Partner with Internal Audit on governance-related observations
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or Finance
- 8 to 12 years of experience
- At least 3 years in governance, compliance, internal audit, or risk
- Minimum of three years as board secretary
- Minimum of three years in a leadership role
- Certification for the world of directorship (GCC BDI)
