Senior Director of Shared Services

Provides strategic oversight and coordination across the museum’s infrastructure functions, including Finance, HR, Procurement, and Facility Management. Ensures these enabling services are responsive to the museum's mission.

- Lead strategic planning for all shared service areas
- Oversee HR, building, and facilities management
- Implement risk management practices
- Manage and monitor Shared Services budget
- Enforce internal control frameworks
- Manage complex projects and departmental service enhancements
- Represent shared services at board meetings
المؤهلات
- Minimum 9 years of operational management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field
- Familiarity with public sector procurement in KSA
