Venco Imtiaz Contracting Co is hiring a UAE National Emiratization Supervisor / Manager responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase Emirati workforce representation through recruitment, development, and retention programs.
المسؤوليات
- Develop company-wide Emiratization strategy
- Source and hire Emirati talent
- Manage development programs and internships for Emiratis
- Partner with government bodies and senior leadership
- Track sourcing metrics and report on hiring effectiveness
- Represent the organization at career fairs
المؤهلات
- UAE National
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in HR or Business
- 5-7 years experience in HR, with 3-8 years in leadership related to nationalization
