Scalera | سكاليرا is a Saudi-based company that has supported numerous eCommerce businesses in Saudi Arabia over recent years. By utilizing our proven Conversion Clarity™ framework, we analyze customer journeys to identify and address barriers to conversions. Our clients have achieved significant improvements in conversion rates within just 30 days, enhanced marketing content and product pages, and reduced costs per order by optimizing customer experiences. We deliver tailored, practical solutions grounded in a deep understanding of the Saudi market and consumer behavior. This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager, located in Jeddah with a Salary of 25,000 SR per month. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the development and implementation of strategies to optimize online sales and enhance the customer experience.

- Strong expertise in E-Commerce operations and Marketing strategies
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Proven Sales acumen with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for interpreting data and optimizing performance
- Experience in managing eCommerce platforms and understanding of online business models
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site work environment in Jeddah
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
