Roles & Responsibilities – HR Officer
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources Department
- Prepare, type, and process government-related applications and official documents
- Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in handling employee documentation such as contracts, letters, and HR forms
- Follow up on daily HR operations and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Coordinate with different departments to support HR and administrative requirements
- Support the team in onboarding procedures for new employees
- Handle filing, document control, and record-keeping in an organized manner
- Respond to internal staff inquiries related to HR matters
- Assist with attendance records and leave tracking
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR team
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management
