Senior Manager, GS Global Supply Chain

The Senior Manager GS Global Supply Chain is responsible for leading and integrating all aspects of the GS supply chain, focusing on process standardization and coordination across regions. Functions include procurement, warehouse operations, and supplier quality.

- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies
- Lead process standardization and performance management of the team
- Manage risk across the supplier base
- Align inventory management and storage with production lines
- Oversee new supplier development & onboarding strategies
- Manage departmental budget and performance metrics
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing/OEM environment
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-site or global teams
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier quality systems
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
