CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Senior Accountant to join our Accounting dynamic team. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, develop key skills, and grow within our organization.
المسؤوليات
- Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepares financial statements
- Handles all Taxes and NSSF declarations
- Assist in the timely billing of accounts, and reconciles all accounts each month, to balance sheet
- Assist in balancing daily transfer to city ledger and post, edits and updates to accounts receivable system
- Check arithmetic accuracy and invoices
- Ensure all invoices have the appropriate documentation attached and approvals prior to processing
- Process all invoices and statements
- Record and process payments of goods and services
- Reconcile supplier statements with established records and reports any discrepancies
- Oversee and reconciles petty cash
- Oversees and reconcile travel reports, and related expenses
- Check if taxes and documentation are correct
- Maintain Tax File Numbers and other relevant tax records
- Maintains the controls over the accounting transactions.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. MBA or professional certifications are a plus
- 4- 5 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Experience in NSSF and tax declaration is a MUST.
- Languages: Arabic, English, French
- Experience in international context, multi-sites company
