B2B Sales Developer – AI & Digital Solutions (Dubai / GCC)

Elchai Group is looking for a B2B Sales Developer in Dubai to open new business opportunities for our AI, blockchain and digital solutions across the GCC. You will build targeted account lists, engage C‑level decision makers and book qualified discovery calls for our senior leadership and solution teams.
المسؤوليات
- Identify and prioritize target companies in UAE / GCC that can benefit from AI, generative AI, blockchain and digital transformation solutions.
- Run structured outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, calls) to CEOs, founders and senior decision makers.
- Qualify prospects (needs, budget, authority, timeline) and book high-quality discovery meetings and demos.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and report weekly on activities, meetings and pipeline created.
المؤهلات
- 2–5 years of B2B outbound sales experience (consulting, IT, SaaS or digital solutions preferred)
- Proven track record in booking meetings and generating pipeline with C‑level executives in the GCC
- Strong English communication skills
