Branch Manager - Western

To drive sales and achieve profitability targets ensuring that target achievement, business development and high customer focus are maintained as per the strategic plan set for the branch.
المسؤوليات
- Implement approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with standards
- Drive sales culture and develop sales plans
- Allocate sales targets to branch staff
- Ensure consistency of customer experience
- Develop strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Manage branch staffing levels and development of Saudi national staff
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business with preferably a specialization in Finance or Accounting
- 6-8 years relevant experience in banking including at least 2 years in managerial responsibilities
