- Act as primary contact for assigned clients
- Lead onboarding and adoption of products
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal departments for client experience
- Monitor account health and implement retention strategies
- Manage escalations
- Analyze client usage and prepare reports
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum experience two years in client success or account management
