ABH Real Estate is seeking a passionate and driven Real Estate Agent to join a firm recognized as one of the Top 100 Real Estate Brokers of the World. The role involves client engagement, property showings, and lease negotiations.

المسؤوليات

  • Engage with potential tenants to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
  • Conduct informative and engaging property viewings
  • Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants to secure favorable lease agreements
  • Assist clients in completing necessary rental paperwork and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and fellow team members
  • Representing the seller in negotiations with potential buyers
  • Keeping the seller informed of market conditions, the progress of the sale, and feedback
  • Guiding the seller through the closing process

المؤهلات

  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Driving license mandatory
  • Local hiring only
