Job Description: Deputy General Manager – Commercial Development & Operations (Healthcare). The DGM of Commercial Operations will synchronize the 'Golden Triangle' of the business: Finance (profitability/compliance), Sales Operations (revenue/market share), and Supply Chain (inventory/delivery). This role is responsible for ensuring that healthcare products (medications/devices) reach public and private providers efficiently while optimizing the company's cash flow and regional footprint. المسؤوليات
- Oversee end-to-end process for NUPCO & MOH tenders
- Develop Go-to-Market plans for new medical product launches
- Manage relationships with private hospital chains and pharmacy retail networks
- Full responsibility for business unit P&L, gross margin protection, and Opex control
- Allocate banking fund/finance for serial projects
- Lead Revenue Cycle and manage timely collections from government entities
- Ensure ZATCA and IFRS compliance for healthcare inventory
- Optimize inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and minimize expiry waste
- Negotiate with international principals (Pharma/MedTech OEMs) for credit terms
