We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin & Accounts Executive to handle daily office operations, HR coordination, and basic accounting tasks.

المسؤوليات

  • Manage daily office operations and record-keeping
  • Coordinate with clients and service providers
  • Handle calls, visitor management, and scheduling
  • Manage office supplies and petty cash
  • Maintain employee files and leave records
  • Prepare tax invoices and receipt vouchers
  • Update accounts in Tally Software

المؤهلات

  • Mandatory: Accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Tally Software is an advantage
