We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin & Accounts Executive to handle daily office operations, HR coordination, and basic accounting tasks.
المسؤوليات
- Manage daily office operations and record-keeping
- Coordinate with clients and service providers
- Handle calls, visitor management, and scheduling
- Manage office supplies and petty cash
- Maintain employee files and leave records
- Prepare tax invoices and receipt vouchers
- Update accounts in Tally Software
المؤهلات
- Mandatory: Accounting experience
- Proficiency in Tally Software is an advantage
