Sales Account Executive – Services, Dubai

Drive the sale of Cisco’s Customer Experience Services portfolio for one of Cisco’s most strategic accounts. Collaborate with a high-performing, cross-functional team that includes technical, marketing, and vertical specialists. Work hand-in-hand with Cisco’s channel partners to accelerate growth and strengthen Cisco’s market leadership.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute targeted service sales strategies for a major account
- Lead the adoption of new services and guide product launches
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast opportunities
- Oversee and publish service responses for RFPs and bids
- Ensure customer support is delivered in line with Service Level Agreements
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in value-based sales within the Internet, Communications, or Technology (ICT) sector
- Demonstrated experience managing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and projects
- Proven history of direct and indirect sales to strategic accounts
- Solid understanding of public sector procurement processes and buying cycles
