Drive the sale of Cisco’s Customer Experience Services portfolio for one of Cisco’s most strategic accounts. Collaborate with a high-performing, cross-functional team that includes technical, marketing, and vertical specialists. Work hand-in-hand with Cisco’s channel partners to accelerate growth and strengthen Cisco’s market leadership.

المسؤوليات

  • Develop and execute targeted service sales strategies for a major account
  • Lead the adoption of new services and guide product launches
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast opportunities
  • Oversee and publish service responses for RFPs and bids
  • Ensure customer support is delivered in line with Service Level Agreements

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in value-based sales within the Internet, Communications, or Technology (ICT) sector
  • Demonstrated experience managing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and projects
  • Proven history of direct and indirect sales to strategic accounts
  • Solid understanding of public sector procurement processes and buying cycles
