The Store Manager is accountable for sales performance, focusing on growth and profitability, customer satisfaction, merchandising standards, store operations, and the training and development of the entire staff.
المسؤوليات
- Recruiting, hiring, developing and retaining management and associates
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching on product knowledge and selling skills
- Organize weekly staff meetings and daily briefings
- Execute customer experience standards consistently
- Implement visual merchandising standards
- Control company assets by meeting loss prevention measures
المؤهلات
- Minimum two years of Store Manager experience
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Extensive experience in retail/brand management industry specifically in Fashion
- Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel & SAP)
