Real Estate Analyst, KitchenPark- Riyadh

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst in our Real Estate division to support our team in sourcing new properties across Saudi Arabia, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis (ideally commercial real estate), financial modelling, and data-driven decision-making. KitchenPark helps restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery - our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone. We take underutilized properties and transform them into smart kitchens so they can better serve restaurateurs, customers and the neighborhoods they’re in. This role is based in our Riyadh office. All of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
المسؤوليات
- Source new properties, landlords and local authority areas
- Negotiate with owner and/or landlords
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments
- Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze key economic indicators and regulatory changes impacting the real estate sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, development)
- Maintain and update real estate databases
المؤهلات
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or related field)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (essential)
