Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist - Remote

Coordinates and performs all aspects of accounts receivable collection and reprocessing of claims for the Moses/Weitzman Health System.
المسؤوليات
- Audits and resolves accounts with credit or outstanding balances
- Posts payments and adjustments
- Performs necessary rebilling or adjusting on accounts
- Responds to patient inquiries regarding process of services
- Collaborates with Office Managers regarding quality of data
المؤهلات
- Associates degree in Health Information Management Systems with 1+ years experience in healthcare billing OR Coding Certification with 2 years experience
- In depth knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 Codes, Medicare and Medicaid billing rules
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
