  • Assist in preparation and production of pastry items
  • Follow recipes and portion controls
  • Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Support senior pastry chefs with mise en place
  • Participate in development of new pastry items

المؤهلات

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in culinary or pastry training
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a pastry role
