Responsible for strategic direction and operational execution of product assortment within Micro-Fulfillment Centers (MFCs). Balance procurement excellence with digital merchandising to drive growth and maximize margin.
المسؤوليات
- Define and implement the end-to-end assortment strategy
- Manage the trade-off between SKU breadth and storage constraints
- Oversee the full supplier lifecycle and commercial negotiations
- Drive negotiation and collection of trade marketing funds
- Direct categorization and search-path logic for the assortment
- Lead and mentor a team of category specialists
المؤهلات
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Procurement
- University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
