Experienced Head of HR to manage operations for an oil & gas services business in Libya. Accountable for effective management of local HR operations, workforce matters, and employee relations with reporting to Head Office.
المسؤوليات
- Manage and coordinate HR operations to support compliant workforce management
- Support implementation of group HR policies
- Manage recruitment, performance management, compensation, and training
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws
- Develop the HR team
- Support HR-related projects initiated by Head Office
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in oil & gas
- Solid knowledge of Libyan labor law
- Experience working in a matrix structure
