This role involves analyzing current operational processes and identifying inefficiencies. As a junior engineer, you will develop solutions to optimize workflows and reduce costs while working in a fully remote, remote-first environment.

المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, Minitab).
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
