Our Group is seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the launch and strategic growth of our specialty coffee brand. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic leader to build a premium brand from the ground up, backed by the resources of an established global group. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the brand's vision, establishing its market presence, and driving all aspects of the business towards profitability and industry leadership.

- Develop and execute the long-term strategic vision and business plan for the specialty coffee brand
- Provide inspirational leadership to the entire organisation
- Oversee all business operations including product sourcing and supply chain
- Drive the financial performance of the brand with full P&L responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing and branding strategies
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing senior management team
- Act as the primary brand ambassador
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is highly desirable)
- Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role (e.g., CEO, Managing Director, General Manager)
- Demonstrable track record of launching and scaling a successful business
- Exceptional strategic and commercial acumen
- Authentic passion for and deep knowledge of the specialty coffee industry
