Customer Services Supervisor (Air Arabia Dammam - KSA)

To assist the Airport Manager in managing, monitoring, and reviewing daily activities in the respective station, ensuring safety, security, on-time performance, efficiency, and smooth workflow.
المسؤوليات
- Monitor operational and security functions
- Conduct briefings and monitor ramp/check-in matters
- Liaise with Flight Operations for technical delays
- Report incidents and accidents
- Ensure adherence to company policies by handling agents
- Monitor baggage handling system
- Investigate customer complaints
المؤهلات
- Bachelor degree in Management/Administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Airlines/Aviation/GHA industry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
