Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a dynamic hospitality organization in Qatar.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening/closing
- Ensure smooth service delivery and food quality standards
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Achieve revenue targets and control operational costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships
المؤهلات
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience in Qatar
- Thorough knowledge of Qatar Municipality regulations
- Arabic speaker strongly preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
