Are you a skilled pastry professional ready to take the next step in your culinary career? We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry who will support pastry operations, maintain quality standards, and contribute creatively to desserts and bakery production in a professional hospitality environment.

المسؤوليات

  • Assisting the Pastry Chef de Partie in managing daily pastry and bakery operations.
  • Preparing and producing desserts, pastries, cakes, breads, and bakery items according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensuring proper mise en place and smooth service for à la carte, buffet, and banquet operations.
  • Supervising and guiding Pastry Commis Chefs during daily production.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

المؤهلات

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry or Senior Pastry Commis, preferably in a hotel or high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong foundation in pastry, bakery, and dessert production.
  • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
  • Culinary or pastry qualifications will be an advantage.
