Are you a skilled pastry professional ready to take the next step in your culinary career? We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry who will support pastry operations, maintain quality standards, and contribute creatively to desserts and bakery production in a professional hospitality environment.
المسؤوليات
- Assisting the Pastry Chef de Partie in managing daily pastry and bakery operations.
- Preparing and producing desserts, pastries, cakes, breads, and bakery items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensuring proper mise en place and smooth service for à la carte, buffet, and banquet operations.
- Supervising and guiding Pastry Commis Chefs during daily production.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensuring strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
المؤهلات
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry or Senior Pastry Commis, preferably in a hotel or high-volume kitchen.
- Strong foundation in pastry, bakery, and dessert production.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
- Culinary or pastry qualifications will be an advantage.
