Full-Time Property Consultant (Commission-Based Only)

We are seeking experienced, driven, and performance-oriented Property Consultants to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, commission-only position for individuals who can independently manage clients and close deals in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
المسؤوليات
- Handle off-plan and secondary market property transactions
- Generate and manage qualified leads
- Conduct client meetings, viewings, and negotiations
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate CRM and follow-ups
- Attend mandatory office meetings and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations
المؤهلات
- Minimum 6 months of Dubai real estate experience (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- UAE driving license is an advantage
