Sales Advisor – Luxury

To drive sales and provide exceptional customer service in the watch/luxury retail sector. The Sales Advisor will leverage their product knowledge, interpersonal skills, and proactive approach to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience.

  • Deliver an outstanding and personalized customer experience
  • Actively engage with customers and recommend suitable luxury watches
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of watch brands and products
  • Assist in visual merchandising
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service
  • Support the training and mentoring of junior sales staff
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports

المؤهلات

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably watches/jewelry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
