Global Operations Manager

The Global Expansion Manager drives the company's international growth by overseeing new market entry from feasibility studies to full operational launch. This role requires a blend of strategic analysis, regulatory navigation, cross-functional coordination, and project execution to ensure each new country is launched efficiently and integrated seamlessly into the organization's global ecosystem.

- Conduct comprehensive market research for target regions
- Lead license and permit applications with local regulators and authorities
- Oversee entity formation, bank account openings, and hiring setup in new markets
- Manage localization projects for app/website and payment methods
- Monitor expansion milestones, risk logs, and budgets
- Ensure newly launched entities are fully integrated into global governance
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Economics, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably involving entity setup, compliance, or multi-country operations
