Mandarin Oriental Muscat is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. Situated in a prime beachfront location, Mandarin Oriental, Muscat is a chic urban resort that offers 150 stylishly appointed guestrooms and suites.
المسؤوليات
- Assist the Chef de Partie in daily duties
- Ensure mise en place is prepared to the highest quality
- Ensure plating guides are followed
- Check inventory of daily ingredients
- Store ingredients in dedicated containers with labels
- Ensure working surfaces and tools are cleaned and sanitized
- Adhere to strict personal hygiene standards
- Attend and participate in meetings and trainings
