This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Legal Counsel - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting business growth by providing essential legal guidance, particularly in the areas of commercial contracts and data privacy.
المسؤوليات
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial agreements
- Support the sales team by structuring deals and driving commercial initiatives
- Provide data protection and privacy advice, including GDPR compliance
- Develop templates, training materials, and privacy-related policies
المؤهلات
- Law degree
- 5+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably in fintech or technology
- Strong experience in commercial contracts and data privacy law
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
