We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our real estate partnerships and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including brokers, agencies, and other strategic stakeholders in the real estate market
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to increase sales and market presence
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to create tailored channel strategies and sales campaigns
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to recommend strategic initiatives
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to maximize business growth while ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Track and report on channel performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3–5+ years) in business development, channel management, or sales within the real estate sector
  • Strong network and understanding of real estate market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop strategic relationships and influence key stakeholders
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and data analysis
