MS Dynamics 365 IT Support & Social Media Officer

Responsible for ensuring the stability and availability of IT systems, ERP support (MS Dynamics 365), digital marketing activities, and social media management across head office and branches.
المسؤوليات
- Ensure stability of local networks, Wi-Fi, and internet.
- Provide first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP).
- Maintain items, pricing, and promotions in Dynamics 365.
- Prepare sales, inventory, and marketing reports.
- Manage sponsored digital ads and marketing calendars.
- Maintain company websites and e-commerce platforms.
المؤهلات
- 2–4 years experience in IT support or ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
