We’re Hiring: Media Sales Manager (Remote). IBC Ventures LTD is a full-service blockchain consulting agency. We’re looking for a Media Sales Manager who will drive advertising revenue by building and managing strong relationships with brands and agencies. This role focuses on selling integrated media solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value deals in a fast-growing media environment.

- Prospect, pitch, and close new brand and agency partnerships
- Sell integrated media, digital, and influencer-led campaigns
- Create tailored proposals aligned with client objectives, budgets, and performance goals
- Own client relationships end-to-end, from first conversation through negotiation and deal closure
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Stay ahead of media, advertising, and digital trends to bring fresh solutions
المؤهلات
- Proven senior experience in media, advertising, or digital sales with a strong track record of winning and growing major accounts
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Confidence to engage C-level decision makers
- Strategic thinker who can build long-term partnerships
- Highly self-driven and comfortable leading deals independently
- Strong pipeline management and multitasking skills
- Deep understanding of media, digital, and influencer landscapes
