Customer Care Centre Service Coordinator based in Dubai, UAE

As part of the Siemens Customer Care Centre team, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily customer service requests for the UAE and lower Gulf countries. You will serve as the first point of contact for Siemens Healthineers customers.

المسؤوليات

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Siemens Healthineers customers
  • Handle maintenance operations including call handling and ticket creation
  • Coordinate and schedule field service activities and resources
  • Monitor different types of notifications based on customer requests
  • Schedule CSE’s and CES’s based on requested field service jobs
  • Coordinate dispatch activities for onsite visits and preventive maintenance
  • Provide support and prioritization of service requests
  • Ensure all requests are well communicated and documented

المؤهلات

  • Graduated Biomedical Engineer (preferred), or Electrical/Clinical Engineering
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is a must
  • Knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 schedule including weekends in rotational basis
