We’re Hiring: Executive – City Strategy
Location: Dubai
Position Title: Executive – City Strategy
Reporting To: Section Manager
Department: Strategy and Emerging Technology
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven professional to support the implementation of a performance management framework that translates Smart City and internal strategies into clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
The role supports tracking the consolidated project portfolio performance and measuring the realized impact of city-wide transformation initiatives to deliver more efficient, seamless, safe, and impactful experiences for the residents and visitors.
المسؤوليات
- Support the development, documentation, and detailing of KPIs and associated targets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and government entities to define KPI methodologies
- Collect KPI data and initiative/program information via structured surveys
- Analyze KPI performance, identify gaps, risks, and performance issues
- Monitor assigned project portfolio performance and targets
- Develop qualitative and quantitative analytical models to assess realized transformation impact
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in Strategy and Performance Management
- Preferred Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, CSBPP, SPP, or equivalent
