Aura Capital Real Estate is growing rapidly, and we are looking for experienced, driven, Arabic-speaking Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team. If you are confident in the UAE real estate market, can manage your own pipeline, and want to grow with a performance-driven company — this opportunity is for you.
المسؤوليات
- Promote and lease/sell properties through listings, advertising, and property portals
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals
- Handle Arabic-speaking clients professionally throughout buying, selling, or leasing processes
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals between clients
- Present and promote off-plan and ready properties
- Coordinate with developers and landlords
- Follow up with clients using company-provided quality leads
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and daily activity reports
- Achieve monthly targets with team support
- Represent Aura Capital Real Estate professionally at all times
المؤهلات
- Arabic language is mandatory
- 1–2 years of Dubai real estate experience (leasing or sales)
- Freshers with strong Arabic communication skills are welcome
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of Dubai communities and developers
- Presentable, confident, and highly motivated
- Available to join immediately
