Aries Interiors LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Executive to manage daily accounting, administrative, and office coordination activities.
المسؤوليات
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records (invoices, expenses, payments)
- Handle petty cash management and bank-related documentation
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, LPOs, invoices, and delivery notes
- Track receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding payments
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative documents
- Assist with HR-related documentation and attendance
- Support management with reports and data entry
المؤهلات
- Language: English is mandatory
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
