Recruitment Partner - Volume Recruitment

As Recruitment Partner - Volume Recruitment (Emiratisation), you will provide a complete cycle of end-to-end recruitment experience to assigned departments within the Emirates Group, from sourcing, attracting, interviewing and hiring high calibre candidates capable and competent to perform the role and fit the Emirates Group Values.
المسؤوليات
- Understand operational objectives and workforce needs including UAE National positions
- Promote the Emirates Group as the employer of choice
- Work closely with Corporate Communication & Brand team for marketing strategies
- Provide insights using data such as offers declined and salary comparisons
- Agree with hiring manager on recruitment approach using various channels
- Design appropriate recruitment and selection methodologies
- Guide Hiring Managers on behavioural evidence
- Source & shortlist candidates (expatriates and UAE nationals)
- Collaborate with external Search Firms and agencies
المؤهلات
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency
