Ksenza Properties is looking for Real Estate Agents to join our growing team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, and closing real estate deals successfully.

  • Generate and follow up on real estate leads
  • Assist clients with property buying, selling, and leasing
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Negotiate offers and close property deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends
  • Maintain records of client interactions and transactions

المؤهلات

  • Experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's (Required)
  • Real estate : 1 year (Required)
  • UAE Driver's Licence (Required)
